Shipping
  • Red Bella utilizes print-on-demand fulfillment, so any physical books purchased will need to be printed and bound before they are shipping. This includes books, yearbooks, photobooks.
  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Incorrect delivery addresses, customs delays, natural disasters, and delivery restrictions may delay your order. Orders affected by such delays may take as long as 6 weeks to arrive.
  • International Mail and Priority Mail services may require extra transit times and may take up to 28 days to complete delivery.
  • If you received damaged, defective, or incorrectly packaged items, or if your order failed to arrive, we are happy to provide a replacement order. Please notify us within 30 days of your order’s shipment date via out contact email.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank.
  • There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by filling out the Send a Message form on our “Contact Us” page.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Some carriers have weight limits, which will prevent certain shipping methods from being available for orders of larger quantities.
  • International and Priority Mail orders that do not arrive within 28 days may be eligible for a reorder at the discretion of Lulu Support Staff.
  • Please note that we are unable to offer more than one reorder for an order using International Mail or Priority Mail.
  • International Economy packages are delivered using the postal service of the destination country.
  • Local Customs and Immigration agencies determine duties or taxes levied against packages arriving from outside the destination country. These additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Lulu cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by the purchaser or recipient of orders due to shipment failure or late delivery.
  • Packages shipped military APO / FPO and diplomatic DPO addresses must use US Postal Service shipping.
  • Express shipping cannot be used. To ensure your order is sent via USPS, make sure the country chosen at the shipping step is the United States of America.
  • Please note that we do support shipments addressed to Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific, and Armed Forces America.
  • Select the option that best fits your Armed Forces shipping destination.
  • When choosing Mail for orders going to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, the estimated arrival time will take at least 14 days for Transit.
  • If the transit time exceeds 14 days, the mail order may be eligible for a reorder at the discretion of Red Bella Support Staff.
  • Express and Expedited delivery methods deliver Monday through Friday.
  • Correctional facilities: Before ordering, please take a moment to learn of any specific delivery restrictions.
  • For example, correctional facilities typically do not allow coil-bound books and require delivery via mail.
  • Note: If an order is returned from a correctional facility, Lulu Direct will not refund or reorder.
